Paula Jenkins has served Indiana University Foundation in two senior roles over the past decade. Since 2014, she has overseen the development programs in the individual schools and units of the IU Bloomington campus as Vice President for Development. This position partners closely with the provost and deans to secure transformational philanthropic support for IU’s academic programs. It was also a key leadership role in the university’s $3 billion campaign, “For All: The Indiana University Bicentennial Campaign” which concluded in 2020 with $3.86 billion raised.

Paula previously served IU Foundation as Vice President of Development, Regional Campuses. In this role she supported the presidents of IU’s six regional campuses through strategic planning and partnership with each institution’s development team.

 

Before joining IU Foundation, Paula was Assistant Dean for Development and External Relations at the Purdue University School of Engineering and Technology at the IUPUI campus in Indianapolis. She held this role for nearly 17 years, overseeing all aspects of the school’s fundraising as well as marketing and communications. Paula began her career in advancement with the national office of Sigma Kappa Sorority where she served nearly eight years in development and public relations roles.

 

Paula earned a B.S. in business administration from the University of Arizona and is currently pursuing an M.A. in philanthropic studies from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at IU.
