Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are allowed according to the following terms: 

  • Full refund if cancellation is provided in writing (via email) up until four (4) weeks prior to the conference date. 

  • 50% refund if cancellation is provided two (2) weeks prior to the conference date.

  • No refunds granted for cancellation requests less than two (2) weeks prior.
