In 2022, she joined Scottish Rite for Children in Dallas as a Communications Specialist where she serves as editor and writer for publications including Rite Up magazine and the hospital’s annual Progress Report. She collaborates with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and writers to create content that celebrates donors, trustees, patients, and families.

Her entry into fundraising began at Monroe Carrell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt University. For five years, she worked with the executive director and board of the Tennessee Emergency Medical Services for Children program and foundation.
Kristi graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing. She later earned a Certificate in Creative Writing from Middle Tennessee State University.
